Adrenaline can also be released into our system due to high levels of stress when we are not facing imminent danger. Stress can affect our well-being even with good nutrition, exercise, and adequate sleep. We have all experienced some level of stress at one time or another. We even deal with stress in different ways. Again, let us take a step back.
